Consent Forms:
All of our contracted facilities maintain a paper copy of the consent form on site. To obtain one, please speak with the unit nurse or the office administrator. If you would prefer, we can also send you a digital version—simply contact us at info@healthyandhappyfeet.ca and we’ll be happy to provide it.
What Do Our Foot Care Visits Include?
Our Nursing Advanced Foot Care service encompasses a comprehensive, non-invasive approach to the most common foot health concerns. Each visit includes:
Assessment & Treatment
– Evaluation of thickened or potentially fungal nails
– Management of non-infected ingrown toenails
– Treatment of calluses, and corns
Scheduled In-Home Visits
– Routine visits every six-twelve weeks, performed in the comfort of your home

Facility Care Billing
Service Rates:
Please refer to the consent form for current foot care service rates.
Preferred Payment Methods:
We bill foot care charges to the resident’s monthly comfort/trust account.
- Receipts
After each visit, you may collect a receipt from our administration office. - Direct Billing Options
If you prefer to pay us directly, we accept Cheque, and E-transfer.
Additional Fees
Fingernail Care
$15 per visit when added to a scheduled foot care service.Invoicing Fee
$2 for each document mailed.Late Payment Fee
A $5 fee will be applied for each month that an outstanding balance remains past 30 days. An additional $2 invoicing fee will apply for any further mailed statements.Service Suspension
Foot care services will be placed on hold until any outstanding balance is settled.
